We opened one desk in Lagos in 2014 with a filing cabinet, a phone line, and a rule we've never broken: no file leaves the drawer half-finished. This is what's in ours.

Abiye-Nimi Global opened in Lagos in 2014 as a single desk — one agent, a landline, and a cabinet full of visa forms nobody else wanted to explain properly. The rule was simple from day one: whoever opens a client's file stays on it until it's closed, stamped, and boarding.
That rule is still the whole business model. We didn't set out to become a large agency — we set out to stop watching people get turned away at embassies over paperwork they didn't understand. The rest — flights, tours, corporate retainers — grew around that one habit of finishing what we start.
